Army chief Gen Dalbir Singh Suhag today assured Prime Minister of Nepal Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" that India was committed to capacity and capability building of Nepal's army.
Suhag, who is on a three-day official visit here, called on 61-year-old Prachanda.
"Army chief assured him that we are committed to capability and capacity building of Nepal Army," Indian Army sources said.

Prachanda was appreciative of the growing contacts between the two countries at all levels, especially the recent "extremely successful" visit of President Pranab Mukherjee, .
Parcahanda said the visits will add to the growing bonds of friendship. Discussions were also held on unique army to army relationship, they said.
