IRS officer Sunil Gautam has been appointed as Private Secretary to Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi.
Gautam, a 1999 batch Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) officer, has been appointed for a period of five years or on co-terminus basis with the Minister's tenure, said an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
In another appointment, IAS officer Senthil Pandian C has been chosen as the PS to Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways and Shipping P Radhakrishnan.
Senthil is a 2002 batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre.
