Tendulkar to flag off IDBI Federal Life Insurance Half

Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar will flag off all three races of the third edition of the IDBI Federal Life Insurance Mumbai Half Marathon on September 30.

The races will begin from Jio Gardens in suburban Bandra Kurla Complex.

The marathon, organised by NEB Sports, has been certified by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races in association with the Athletics Federation of India.

Over 16,000 runners have registered for the event across three categories --- 5k Fun Run, 10k Time Run and the 21k Half Marathon, a media release issued here said.
