The Chennai Angels invests Rs 3 Cr in Netree E-Services

: The Angels, promoted by successful entrepreneurs and business leaders, today said it has invested Rs three crore in Netree E-Services, engaged in creating a retailer oriented networking platform.

Netree E-Services helps retail industry to interconnect directly with small and medium retailers.

"We feel the understanding of the retail market, quality of solution, initial marquee customer adoption, potential scale of the market and hunger of the entrepreneur makes Netree a strong candidate for investment", Lead Investor and Aspire Systems, CEO, Gowri Shankar Subramaniam said in a press release.

"Netree creates a retailers networking platform enabling them to take full control of the business along with payments, whilst engaging with customers and suppliers seamlessly", Netree, Founder and CEO, Desi Valli said.

The investment of The Angels will be used for technology enhancement, business development and expansion, he said.
