Three auto drivers have been arrested for allegedly killing a notorious criminal, who had been bullying the trio for long, in north-east Delhi, police said today.
The accused Deepak, Bunty and Arman, in their early twenties, were arrested today for killing Salim aka Hakla, who had around 20 cases against him at different police stations, on June 21 in Loni under Jyoti Nagar police station area, Veenu Bansal, DCP, North East district police said.
The victim, a drug addict used to snatch money from the auto drivers at Loni Gole Chakkar for his drugs supply.

As per the investigations, Salim had slapped Deepak, snatched away Rs 200 from him and threatened Bunty by pointing a country made gun at his head on June 19.
The trio then hatched a plan to eliminate Salim, police said, adding that the accused attacked him while he was asleep in front of a tea stall at Loni Road.
Deepak stabbed Salim on the neck, while the other two accused kept a watch on passersby, Bansal said.
We have recovered the knife used in the crime, she said.
The accused were produced in the Karkardooma Court and have been sent to judicial custody till July 10, police added.
