Three get life imprisonment for murder

A fast track court here has sentenced three persons to life imprisonment in a 2006 murder case.

Judge Rajesh Bhardawaj last evening sentenced Sudhir, Rajbal and Partap to jail for life, government lawyer Sitaram Arya said.

A fine of Rs 5,000 was imposed on each of them, he said.

Ranbir was shot dead and several persons injured by the three in a clash over election-related enmity at Pamnawli village in the district on June 27, 2006, Arya said.
