Three kg heroin, worth Rs three crore in the international market, was seized and two narcotics smugglers were arrested, police said today.
The smugglers were going on a motorcycle in Babusarai locality under Auraiye police station area here when they were arrested last night, station officer Vivek Kumar Upadhaya said.
Three kg heroin and Rs 55,000 was recovered from them, he said.
The accused have been identified as Mohd Kasim and Brijesh Gupta, SO said, adding that investigations are underway.
