In separate incidents, two drug peddlers were arrested here and nearly six kg of narcotics seized from their possession, police said today.
While Deepak Kumar alias Chotu was arrested from Nagrota, in the outskirts of Jammu with 750 gm of cannabis yesterday, Mohammad Ashraf was apprehended from the Domail area on Jammu-Srinagar national highway with five kg of poppy straw, they said.
Cases under NDPS Act have been registered against the duo in respective police stations.
Further probes are on, police added.
