Two held for changing order

Dandapanu Sahu and Arun Kumar Rout had allegedly changed an order of the district collector issued in the matter of fixation of headquarter of a gram panchayat in Kandhamal district.

While Sahu was working as a personal assistant of the district collector, Rout continued to work as an assistant in the collector's office.
