Mizoram Police Special Narcotics
Cell officers seized 66 gms of heroin in Aizawl last evening.
The Police said the contraband worth around Rs 2.25 lakh was seized from the possession of David Lalremruata (25) and Goldena (23), both residents of Zokhawthar village in Champhai district along the Myanmar border.
The two accused were booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the police added.
