Two killed in blast in industrial unit

Two labourers were killed and five others injured when molten iron fell on them after an explosion in an industrial unit's furnace in Chanalo village here, the police said.

There was an explosion and molten iron fell on the labourers. Seven workers were seriously injured, two of them died during treatment, they said.

SHO Sirhind Pradeep Singh said the matter was being investigated.
