Two killed in lightling

Two minor girl

students were killed and a three-year-old girl was injured in lightning at Arangloya of Gumla district today.

All the three victims had gone to field to graze cattle when the lightning accompanied by rain struck them leaving two dead on the spot, police said.

The victims were identified as Deota Kumari (13) and Soni Kumari (14).

The three-year-old Arpita Kumari sustained serious injuries and rushed to the nearby primary health centre.
