Two Nepalese arrested with over 21 kg charas

Two Nepalese citizens were arrested with over 21 kg charas worth over Rs 2.2 crore in international market in Nautanwa area, a customs officer said here today.

Lal Bahadur Rana and Jeet Bahadur Bik were arrested from Banauliya Chouraha area last evening and 21.48 kg of charas, worth Rs 2.2 core in international market, was seized from them, customs officer Sushil Kumar said.

The duo have been booked under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, he said.
