Two shot dead during 'Ram Barat' procession in UP

Two jeweller cousins were today shot dead by unidentified persons during a 'Ram Barat' procession taken out on the eve of Holi at Malukpur in Kila area here.
Sandeep Rastogi (32) and Mukul Rastogi (37), who came to participate in the procession, were shot dead, Superintendent of Police, City, Sameer Saurabh said.
The duo was taken to the hospital where they were declared brought dead, he said.
Investigation is underway and no arrests have been made so far, the SP said.
