Union Bank sells entire stake in Experian Credit Info Co

Public sector lender Union Bank of India has sold its entire 10 per cent stake in Experian Credit Information Company for an undisclosed amount.

"The bank has sold its entire stake of 10 per cent (1.4 crore unlisted equity shares) in Expreian Credit Information Company of India Pvt Ltd on January 30, 2018," Union Bank of India said in a regulatory filing.

The lender did not provide the transaction amount for stake sale.

Shares of Union Bank traded 1.14 per cent lower at Rs 134.35 on BSE.
