WB Green varsity to be renamed as Rani Rashmoni Green Univ
The state Assembly Monday passed a bill to rename the West Bengal Green University as Rani Rashmoni Green University.
The state assembly by voice vote passed the West Bengal Green University (Amendment) Bill 2018.
The decision to rename the university was taken to commemorate the 225th birth anniversary of Lokmata Rani Rashmoni.
