Few regions in Rajasthan experienced heavy to moderate rains while dry weather conditions persisted in rest of the state.
Light showers were witnessed at few places in Kota division, isolated places in Ajmer, Jaipur, Bharatpur, Udaipur and Bikaner.
Jhalawar and Tonk districts witnessed heavy rains while Asnawar in Jhalawar and Niwai in Tonk gauged 10cm and 9 cm rains respectively, according to MeT department.

Meanwhile, Irrigation Department today opened four gates of Bislapur dam in the wake of rising water level.
Tonk district collector Tina Kumar said that the gates were opened to release 20,000 cusec water to maintain the water level in the dam.
