West Bengal Governor extends Eid greetings

West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi today extended greetings and best wishes to the people on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr.

The Governor wished for strengthening of the secular fabric of the country and spirit of amity among all sections of society.

"On the auspicious occasion of Id-Ul-Fitr, I convey my heartiest greetings to the people of West Bengal. May this joyous cultural heritage, strengthen the secular fabric of our country and spirit of friendship-fraternity among all sections of the society," he said, according to a Raj Bhawan release.

Eid will be celebrated in the state tomorrow.
