West Bengal Governor greets people on Deepavali

West Bengal Governor K N Tripathi today conveyed his best wishes to the people on the occasion of Deepavali.

"I convey my heartiest greetings to the people of West Bengal. May this festive occasion illuminate our mind and bring joy and happiness to them," the Governor said in a message.
