Wheat price up, no change in rest

Price of wheat increased while rest of all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrain market here today.

Wheat rose Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 2,850 from yesterday's rate of Rs 2,800.

Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Toor Dal Rs 13,500, Urad Dal Rs 15,000, Moong Dal Rs 8,800 Gram Dal Rs 9,000, Sugar Rs 3,850, Wheat Rs 2,850, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,600 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
