A 26-year-old woman was today killed and two others sustained injuries after car of a Samajwadi Party MLA hit their bike here, police said.
The incident occurred in Ahmadpur area here when car of Alambadi, an SP MLA from Nizamabad constituency of Azamgarh, hit a bike killing Soni on the spot, they said.
The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable.
The police has initiated a probe into the matter.
