A 25-year-old woman labourer was killed when a foundation wall of an under construction house collapsed on her at Needar-Raoji-ka-Rasta here, police said today.
The woman, identified as Rekha, was yesterday digging and collecting mud near the underground wall when a part of it collapsed on her, Kotwali police said.
Rekha was rushed to the SMS hospital last evening after being taken out from the debris but the doctors pronounced her dead on arrival, they said.
A case was lodged against the house owner and contractor, police said.
