Woman found hanging inside shanty in Ghaziabad

Body of a 22-year-old woman construction labourer was found hanging from an iron girder inside a mud plastered shanty in Muradnagar area today, police said.

SHO Muradnagar Ummed Yadav told that police reached the spot and disentangled the body. The deceased has been identified as Guddi, a native of district Gonda in Uttar Pradesh.

Her husband is also a construction worker. He has been detained for questioning, police said.

The body has been sent for post mortem. An FIR has been registered and further investigations are going on, SHO added.
