Woman opposes eve-teasing, molesters open fire on her

A 40-year-old woman was injured when her 'molesters' allegedly opened fire after she opposed to their eve-teasing at Senthari village in Kotwali Malawn, police said today.

The woman was sitting outside her house when a man, identified as Suneel, and three others started eve-teasing her yesterday, police said.

Suneel opened fire when the woman opposed their act, police said, adding that she was left injured in the firing.

The victim, who was in serious condition, was admitted to a local hospital and was later referred to Agra medical college, they said.

An FIR in this connection has been lodged against the four men, but no arrest has been made so far, police said.
