Workers attack security men of pvt power company, 12 injured

Around 12 security personnel of a private power company were injured after being attacked by irate workers Odisha's Angul district today, police said.

The incident took place when the workers engaged by an agency for the company, located at Nisha area near here, attacked the security personnel over payment of wages.

The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital.

A case was registered against the workers on a complaint filed by the company, police said.
