Aeroflot Alliance

Russias flagship carrier Aeroflot and St Petersburg-based state-owned Pulkovo Airlines have set up an alliance to improve their domestic and international services. The alliance agreement included a code-sharing deal on routes between Russia and Germany operated by both airlines. Aeroflot would develop its international flights from Pulkovo airport in St Petersburg. Last year, the company began to make scheduled Moscow-St Petersburg-New York flights.
