Badal Leaves For Israel

Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal left on a five-day official visit to Israel yesterday, leading a 19-member business delegation which includes six leading farmers of the state.

The delegation will mainly focus on agri business and telecommunications. According to a Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) press release, during his visit, Badal will meet Israeli President Ezer Weizman, industry and trade minister Natan Sharansky, communications minister Livnat Limor and the agriculture minister of Israel.
