Bankers, who asked not to be identified, said a visiting IMF team briefly met Pakistani civil servants on Tuesday. Pakistani and IMF officials expect to endorse technical changes to a draft letter of intent on Wednesday. It would then have to be cleared by the caretaker government and IMF before an IMF decision on whether to release delayed tranches of the loan.
