Cyber Space To Buy Delhi Company

Cyber Space Infosys, a city-based information technology company, is close to acquiring a software service firm which has expertise in medical imaging and smart card technologies. Pankaj Kumar, director, Cyber Space Infosys, said the acquisition will help the company to expand in the area of high-end technologies. According to Kumar, the Delhi-based company, which has been valued at Rs 50-60 crore, has work commitment from Fortune 100 companies.
