Hypersoft Releases Accounting Software

Hypersoft Technologies, formerly known as VV Circuits, has released Hyperstock, a stockbroker accounting software. According to a press release, a higher level package which is Internet-enabled as well as range of e-commerce and ASP solutions are being launched shortly. The company is setting up offices and support facilities in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Ahmedabad. Hypersoft has reissued fresh equity shares following the change of name. However, the certificates bearing the name VV Circuits remain valid till the next book closure.
