Ibm Solutions Forum Held In Hyderabad

IBM India organised `IBM Solutions Forum' for small and medium industries. The forum emphasised on the viability of IBM's industry specific e-business solutions. There were presentations on ERP, supply chain management and CRM. According to Ravi Narayan, marketing manager, small and mid market business, the Indian industries become globally competitive, their needs and business issues are becoming smallar to that of companies across the globe.
