Plan Allocation

The allocation for Jammu and Kashmir in the ninth five year plan is likely to be between Rs 9,000 crore and Rs 10,000 crore againstRs 4,000 crore in the eighth plan, according to Planning Commission deputy chairman Madhu Dandavate.
