Sale Of Temple Land

The Tamil Nadu government has banned the sale of temple land without its permission. The state Hindu religious and charitable endowments minister, S Senguttavan, announcing this told the state assembly yesterday that the govet would also amend the Indian Registration Act, prohibiting registration of sale deed of temple lands.
