ASM Tech acquires Enterprise Software, US

Bangalore-based ASM Technologies has acquired 100% stake in US-based company Enterprise Software Resources. The deal was made through ASM's wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore Advanced Synergic. The all cash deal is financed by Indian Bank, Singapore, ASM informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
