Aspect inks pact with Servion

| US-headquartered Aspect Software Inc, which has operations globally, has tied up with Servion Global Solutions to distribute its 'eWorkforce Management' software in India. |
| A company statement said that the solution would allow a contact centre to plan, manage and optimise the performance of multi-skilled, multi-channel, multi-site and outsourced staffing resources. |
| It can integrate with all leading ACDs (automatic call distributors) and predictive dialers, and can be deployed using industry-standard hardware and software. |
| It can be scaled up as per the increase in the number of seats. Unlike most similar software, eWorkforce Management offers both inbound and outbound traffic management. |
| Its core component provides workforce management forecasting, scheduling and tracking functionality, and an enhancement package set that helps fine-tune agent productivity, empower agents and supervisors, optimise overall performance and simplify management of contact centre workforce. |
| According to a recent Frost & Sullivan report, Aspect Software is the leader in the workforce management market, enjoying 32.2 per cent of the market worldwide. |
