MphasiS FY06 net up 20% at Rs 35cr

The MphasiS BFL Group today reported a 23% increase in consolidated revenue for the year ended March 31, 2006 at Rs 940.11 crore from Rs 765.67 crore in FY05.

The net profit after tax for the year ended 31 March 2006 stood at Rs 149.86 crore - a growth of 20% over the previous year.

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per share.

The company reported a 22% increase in revenue at Rs. 250.50 crore and net profit increase of 14% at Rs 30.96 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2006.
