NIIT Tech inks deal with DB Systems Gmbh

NIIT Technologies AG, the German subsidiary of NIIT Technologies, has signed an offshore partnership agreement with DB Systems GmbH.

According to a release issued by NIIT Technologies to the BSE today, the company will take over the function of "extended work bench" for DB Systems and provide internationally certified IT specialists and developers.

"The co-operation with NIIT Technologies AG provides DB Systems with access to personnel while minimising the associated risks and costs and supports the goals we've set within a growth and diversification-based strategy," Robert Simmeth, chairman of the board at DB Systems, said.
