ProPart Solutions signs deal with US firm

| ProPart Solutions India Private Limited, a business process outsourcing company, has entered into a $200,000-deal with US-based Materials Handling Equipment Corporation (MHEC) for managing their entire back-office operations. |
| This apart, the company will be signing a $0.5-million deal in the next few days with MHEC to set up a new entity called Dealers Development Group that will replicate this service for other forklift dealers in the US. |
| Addressing the media, A S Durga Prasad, chief executive officer, ProPart, said, "The $200,000 deal that we have signed with MHEC will involve accounting, inventory management, market intelligence and the likes. This contract has been signed for a period of two years." |
| Through the $0.5 million deal that the company will be signing shortly, ProPart is aiming at partnering with around 25 dealers in the US in the next 12 months. |
| The company is eyeing revenues of around $30 million in the next 30 months through this alliance. The dealers that it will be targeting come in the revenue segment of $5 million-$15 million. Propart has earned revenues of close to Rs 1 crore in the last year. |
| Meanwhile, ProPart is also negotiating with a few other companies in Houston and Dallas for similar work and is hoping to close deals within the next 10 days. |
