Smartworks Coworking Spaces on Monday announced it has leased 8.15 square feet (sq ft) of office space in Mumbai’s Eastbridge campus on rent from Hiranandani Group to establish the biggest managed workspace campus in the world.
Located on LBS Marg in Mumbai’s Vikhroli, the campus is scheduled to go live in Q4 of CY 2026. The company signed an agreement to license the space with Regalia Office Parks, which is the commercial arm of Hiranandani group, however it did not share the amount spent on leasing it.
The move follows it’s recent 5.57 lakh sq ft expansion at Tata Realty’s Intellion Park in Navi Mumbai.
Neetish Sarda, managing director and founder at Smartworks said that with the centre set to become the largest managed campus globally, the company aims to continue to set new benchmarks in the managed workspace segment.
The campus will feature an entry plaza, amphitheatre, super-tree greenscape, yoga and meditation zones, jogging tracks, bicycle parking and a Miyawaki mini forest.
Smartworks manages 12 million sq ft across 14 cities in India and Singapore. Its shares rose 2.4 per cent to ₹594.10 on the BSE on Monday.
