Inox Wind Limited on Thursday reported a consolidated net profit of ₹186.87 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2025 (Q4 FY25), marking a jump of nearly 302 per cent from ₹46.54 crore in the year-ago period (Q4 FY24).
Sequentially, the company’s profit increased by nearly 60 per cent from ₹116.65 crore reported in the December quarter (Q3 FY25).
Revenue from operations in Q4 FY25 stood at ₹1,274.82 crore, up around 142 per cent from ₹527.73 crore in Q4 FY24. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue rose moderately from ₹911.27 crore in Q3 FY25.
Devansh Jain, Executive Director, INOXGFL Group, said, "Inox Wind continues to deliver strong results reporting its highest ever quarterly profit. I also announce that the NCLT has approved the scheme of arrangement between Inox Wind Energy and Inox Wind, which further fortifies Inox Wind's balance sheet".

For the entire year, Inox Wind reported a consolidated net profit of ₹448.22 crore for FY25, up from loss of ₹35.65 crore in FY24. Meanwhile, the revenue for FY25 stood at ₹3,557.17 crore, up from ₹1,746.30 crore recorded in FY24.
Inox Wind dividend declared
The board of directors have recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, subject to the approval of the company.
Share of Inox Wind were last trading at ₹195 apiece at the close of the market on Friday, ahead of the declaration of company’s result.
