The Jamshedpur Lok Sabha Constituency of JHARKHAND state is currently held by Bidyut Baran Mahato of BJP. In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Bidyut Baran Mahato beat Ajay Kumar of JVM (P) by receiving 44.20 per cent of the votes cast in this constituency.
