Adani Energy Solutions Global, UAE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions (AESL), has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company, Progressive Grid Networks in Kenya as per Certificate of Incorporation received by the Company on 7 November 2024 at 6:18 PM IST. The new company will explore opportunities in power transmission projects in Kenya.
