INR falls marginally to approch around 90 per US dollar mark
Indian Rupee closee at 89.99 against the US dollar, down 10 paise on the day. Rupee has been sliding this week, easing from three week high against the US dollar. Overall market activity was thin today. Local shares ended a choppy session little changed on Thursday as most global equity and commodity markets remained closed on New Year's Day.
