Ipca Laboratories has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary by the name Ipca Pharmaceuticals GmbH in the Federal Republic of Germany, with an initial paid up capital of Euro 25,000, inter-alia, to hold product registrations, participate in the institutional and other business and undertake distribution of generic formulations in the said country.
