Eva Longoria wants a traditional name for baby

Hollywood star Eva Longoria says she wants to give her baby a ''traditional'' name that honours her and her husband's shared Mexican heritage. The 42-year-old actor is currently expecting her first child, a boy, with her husband Jose 'Pepe' Baston. ''We are Mexican, so we're very traditional. It'll be a long name," Longoria told Entertainment Tonight. The "Desperate Housewives" star also admitted she has not been having any pregnancy cravings, and instead has found herself losing her appetite for certain foods. ''I don't have any cravings. I have the opposite of cravings. I actually, don't like chicken right now since I got pregnant. And I used to eat chicken daily. And now I'm like, my husband ordered it the other day and I'm like, 'Why would you do that?!''' she said.

Susan Sarandon was advised not to have kids at beginning of her career

Hollywood veteran Susan Sarandon has revealed she was told to not to get pregnant or even speak about having children when she started her acting career in 1970s. The Oscar-winning actor and mother-of-three said she was told not to talk about having children "because that made you less sexy". In an interview with The i Paper, Sarandon said, "I was told you were done by the time you're 40 and you definitely shouldn't talk about having children, because that made you less sexy." Sarandon, 71, said it were her character roles helped her to remain afloat in the movie business for so long. "You have to choose to be beautiful or smart. If you're smart, you're not very feminine. I don't think I was ever the most beautiful, so I got character parts, which allowed me to survive," she said.

Veteran actor Nicolas Cage says he will never retire from acting and wants to continue starring in movies as long as he can. The 54-year-old actor has an eclectic filmography which includes hits such as "National Treasure", "Con Air" and "Leaving Las Vegas". In an interview with The Times newspaper, Cage said, "Relative frugality is something that I'm hopeful I can achieve because I want to have longevity. I don't want to be doing Pizza Hut commercials when I'm 75. "I want to be able to continue making movies whether I'm supporting or playing leads and whether I'm making movies that are deployed on video-on-demand or going into the cinemas. I just want to continue working and acting, or film performance if you will." The actor's latest release is crime comedy "Mom and Dad", which follows a teenage girl and her younger brother who try to survive wild 24 hours during a mass hysteria of unknown origins which causes parents to turn and kill their own children.

Disney Pixar's "Coco" today won the Best Animated Feature Film Oscar. The film was competing with "Loving Vincent", "The Boss Baby", "Ferdinand", and "The Breadwinner". 'A Fantastic Woman' wins Oscar for Best Foreign Film

Chile's "A Fantastic Woman" today took home the Oscar for Best Foreign Language film trumping front-runner "The Square" from Sweden. Director Sebastian Lelio accepted the award, along with the female lead of the film, transgender star Daniela Vega, whom he lauded for her critically-acclaimed performance in the movie. Sam Rockwell today won the Academy Award for the best Actor in a supporting role for his portrayal of a racist-yet-redeemable police officer in Martin McDonagh's "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri".
