Hollywood movie star Liev Schreiber has been summoned to appear at a court for allegedly harassing a photographer on Tuesday.According to Page Six, the 'X-Men' star's lawyer said that when the incident took place, the actor did not make physical contact with the photographer.Schreiber's lawyer further added that the former only pushed the photographer's camera as a flash went off in his face.The lawyer also went on to say that this act of Schreiber does not equal to breaking any law.Schreiber has been charged with second-degree harassment, which is a violation.The lawyer further confirmed that he will try and get the actor free from the charge, as the charges framed could not be equated to a violation of the law.
