Hilary Swank to star in thriller 'Fatale'

Actor Hilary Swank has joined Deon Taylor's thriller "Fatale". "Fatale" centers on a married man being tricked into a murder scheme by a seductive female police detective, portrayed by Swank, reported Deadline. Taylor is directing and producing with his Hidden Empire Film Group partners Roxanne Avent and Robert F Smith. David Loughery wrote the screenplay. The film begins shooting in September in Los Angeles.

Paul Rudd to star in Netflix's 'Living With Yourself'

Paul Rudd has been roped in to topline Netflix comedy series "Living with Yourself". The eight-episode comedy will see the "Ant-Man" star take on a dual role in the story of a man struggling with his life who undergoes a novel treatment to become a better person.He then finds he has been replaced by a new and improved version revealing that his own worst enemy is himself. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Rudd will star in season one of what Netflix is declaring a "fresh and inventive" philosophical comedy that asks if people really want to be better. Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris are directing the new show. The show was created by Timothy Greenberg, who will also serve as executive producer and showrunner. Anthony Bregman and Jeff Stern will produce through their Likely Story banner. Tony Hernandez, Rudd, and Jeff Blitz are on board as executive producers as well. Additional casting will be announced later.

Marvel ready with 'X-men Disassembled'

All the Marvel fans have a reason to be excited as Marvel Entertainment is all set to re-launch the classic 'Uncanny X-Men' comic book series this November.The revival, penned by Ed Brisson, Kelly Thompson and Matthew Rosenberg, will feature almost all the mighty mutants of X-men. The story, titled 'Disassembled', is inspired by the plot of 2004 'Avengers: Disassembled'.The Publishing house is describing the reboot as an epic tale of mysterious and tragic disappearance that could be seen as X-men's final mission.
