Realty firm Gaurs Group is expecting a revenue of around Rs 2,000 crore from its new premium housing project in Yamuna Expressway region on strong demand, its director Sarthak Gaur said. Gaurs Group, one of the leading real estate developers in the Delhi-NCR market, has already developed a 150-acre township on Yamuna Expressway. On Friday, Gaurs Group launched the first phase of its new housing project in the Yamuna Expressway region, Gautam Buddha Nagar district. Gaur said the company will develop around 950 units, with a saleable area of 20 lakh square feet, in the first phase of this 12-acre project. Another 250 units will come up in the second phase. Gaurs Group has launched a luxury residential project 'Legacy by Gaurs', comprising around 250 units, at Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida. "The first phase of the project has generated Rs 1,300 crore in sales, with nearly 200 apartments sold," the company said in a statement on Saturday. Realty firm Gaurs Group will invest about Rs 750 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Greater Noida to expand its business amid strong demand for residential properties. Gaurs Group Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Manoj Gaur said the company will develop around 250 units in this new housing project. "We will soon be launching a new housing project in Greater Noida. The project will have 12 lakh square feet of developable area," he told PTI. Asked about project cost, Gaur said it will be around Rs 750 crore, including land and construction costs. The company had bought this land located at Jaypee Greens in Greater Noida from banks. Realty firm Gaurs Group is planning to launch its Initial Public Offering ( IPO) in the next 18 months as it looks to expand business amid strong consumer demand, its CMD Manoj Gaur said on Tuesday. Byoued by the successful launch of its luxury housing project in Ghaziabad clocking Rs 3,100 crore sales in three days, Gaur said the company has set a target to expand its business of development of housing projects across the Delhi-NCR market. He said the company will also develop commercial assets, including malls, hotels, office spaces and schools/colleges to generate stable rental income. Realty firm Gaurs Group has set up a 15 MW solar power plant near Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh with an investment of Rs 80 crore. The electricity produced by the plant will be integrated into the central grid and utilised for its real estate projects, the company said in a statement. Delhi-NCR-based Gaurs Group has established a 15 MW solar power plant at Mahoba near Gwalior. The project is spread over a 50-acre area. "Built with an investment of Rs 80 crore, the plant will generate 2.25 crore units of electricity annually. The project's capacity can be enhanced as per future requirements," the statement said. Realty firm Gaurs Group on Friday said it will develop a new mixed-use project at Ghaziabad with an estimated sales revenue of Rs 650 crore. In a statement, the company said it will develop a "mixed land use joint venture project in Ghaziabad with a saleable value of approximately Rs 650 crore." The project, located near Hindon airport civil terminal, will comprise high-street retail with multiplex and banquets, studio apartments and social housing.
