Working to bring other motorcycle companies to US: Trump on Harley-Davidson row

President Donald Trump has said his administration is in talks with other motorcycle companies that are willing to move into the US after Harley Davidson decided to shift some of its operations overseas in the wake of the retaliatory EU tariffs against American duties. The Wisconsin-based motorcycle manufacturer said on June 25 that tariffs imposed by the EU would increase the average cost per motorcycle by about USD 2,200 and the company, as a result, will shift some of its production overseas. The European Union imposed the tariffs in retaliation against the Trump administration's duties on steel and aluminum imports in an effort by Trump to protect US jobs. "Now that Harley-Davidson is moving part of its operation out of the US, my Administration is working with other Motor Cycle companies who want to move into the US," Trump said in a tweet yesterday. Emirates Airlines announced that it has decided to discontinue the 'Hindu meal' option.In an official statement, the Dubai-based airline said the decision to withdraw the above-mentioned option from its in-flight menu was taken following a review of the onboard products and services."As part of our continuous review of the products and services available to customers, Emirates can confirm that it will discontinue the Hindu meal option. President Donald Trump said today his administration is talking with other motorcycle companies about moving to the US after Harley Davidson decided to shift some operations overseas in the wake of retaliatory EU tariffs against American duties. Heavy flooding, low visibility in Himachal

Bihar would soon get possession of ITDC-run hotel Patliputra

After getting 71.25 acres of Digha-Patna rail line land for construction of road in the state capital, the Bihar government would soon acquire possession of the ITDC run hotel "Patliputra Ashok", Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi said today. "After Railway Ministry agreed to hand over 71.25 acres of Digha-Patna rail line land to the Bihar government for construction of road on it, the state government will soon get ITDC run hotel "Patliputra Ashok" along with its 1.5 acres of land located in the heart of the capital," Modi said.
