A woman threw her one-month-old infant to the ground in a fit of rage after she was involved in a brawl with her husband at Hyderabad's Mehdipatnam area on Monday.In a video footage, the incident took place when the couple had an argument and the woman could be seen shouting at a man, apparently at her husband. As the man tried to evade her, the woman continued ranting and tried to hand over the baby to him.When the man refused to hold the child, the woman, in a fit of rage, flung the infant to the ground. Later, locals and traffic police intervened and stopped the couple from quarrelling. A mentally unsound woman was today reunited with her family after she was found wandering in Samba district's Bari Brahmana area, the police said. The 55-year-old woman, hailing from Udhampur district, had left her house some time back and was found wandering at SIDCO Chowk this morning, a police official said. He said the woman, who seems to be mentally unsound, was brought to the police station and she revealed that her name was Pushpa. After strenuous efforts, the police contacted Tikri police post in-charge and got the mobile number of her husband Balbir Singh, the police official said.
